Standard post – €6.00

Registered post – €10.00

Your items will be delivered by post within 3 to 5 working days.

 UK

Due to Brexit and shipping issues, we are currently only offering registered shipping. Hopefully this will be resolved in the near future and we can provide a more affordable shipping option. Apologies for this. 

Registered post – €15.00

Your items will be delivered by post within 3 to 6 working days, please allow extra time as current shipping issues may cause extended shipping times. 

Mainland Europe:

Standard post – €12

Registered post – €20

Your items should be delivered by post within 5 to 7 working days of dispatch

If Items are not tracked,  we cannot take responsibility if items are lost.

 Rest of world:

Standard post – €15

Registered post – €25

Your items should be delivered by post within 7 to 9 working days of dispatch

If Items are not tracked,  we cannot take responsibility if items are lost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item, you can once it’s within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost. Email us at  aoifehn@hotmail.com  for the returns address. ( photos may be required)

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please return it to us within 28 days in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item & are happy with it’s condition, we will send you your exchange. Email us at aoifehn@hotmail.com for the returns address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
