Unisex style make them a great gift for both men and women.

Designed, printed and packaged in house.

Sweater: 80% Cotton / 20% Polyester, Preshrunk.

Keeps it's shape, no shrinkage.

Very easy to care for, can be tumble dried , vinyl will not crack or fade over time.

Print: Heat set vinyl.

No cracking or fading.

Machine wash inside out at 40 Degrees, Tumble dry on medium / low heat.

Hello! Below are our shipping rates: we do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

Items ship from Ireland between 1-3 working days. (This may increase slightly around the holiday season) please bear with us, we are a teeny weeny operation :)

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email update.

Please note: Items are shipped Standard Post ( No tracking number) unless Registered post is selected

Standard post – €6.00

Registered post – €10.00

Your items will be delivered by post within 3 to 5 working days.

Due to Brexit and shipping issues, we are currently only offering registered shipping. Hopefully this will be resolved in the near future and we can provide a more affordable shipping option. Apologies for this.

Registered post – €15.00

Your items will be delivered by post within 3 to 6 working days, please allow extra time as current shipping issues may cause extended shipping times.

Mainland Europe:

Standard post – €12

Registered post – €20

Your items should be delivered by post within 5 to 7 working days of dispatch

If Items are not tracked, we cannot take responsibility if items are lost.

Rest of world:

Standard post – €15

Registered post – €25

Your items should be delivered by post within 7 to 9 working days of dispatch

If Items are not tracked, we cannot take responsibility if items are lost.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you wish to return an item, you can once it’s within 28 days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition. FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty, please contact us immediately and we will send you a replacement item at no postage cost. Email us at aoifehn@hotmail.com for the returns address. ( photos may be required)

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item please return it to us within 28 days in its original condition. As soon as we receive the item & are happy with it’s condition, we will send you your exchange. Email us at aoifehn@hotmail.com for the returns address.

WHO PAYS FOR INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment.

Unfortunately, Stencilize has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and Stencilize has no way of knowing what these charges may be. Stencilize is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?

We don't withhold refunds. Refunds are normally processed the same working day after the returned goods are inspected and approved. If you haven't received your refund please drop us a quick email and we will let you know the status.
